Meeting Zone
A key element of the Scottish Technology Showcase 08 is the Meeting Zone, an innovative new feature whereby exhibitors and delegates can
view exhibitor profiles online prior to the Showcase and request short meetings with organisations with whom they might be able to do
business.
All pre-booked meetings will be held in the Meeting Zone within Hall 2 at the SECC in 20 minute slots, running from 10am until 4pm. Meetings will be strictly timed so please ensure you arrive at the Meeting Zone in plenty of time and move out of the Meeting Zone once your meeting slot is finished.
The online Meeting Request facility is now closed. If, over the course of the day, you would like to use the Meeting Zone for a meeting that has not been booked in advance, check with the Meeting Zone reception where we can advise of any available slots.
Delegates
It is your responsibility to attend any meetings on time. Please ensure you print your schedule before attending the Showcase, however, if you need confirmation of your meeting schedule on the day visit the registration desk at either the Meeting Zone or the entrance to Hall 2 at the SECC.
Exhibitors
Please ensure you have responded to any meeting requests ahead of the Showcase to allow delegates to plan their day.
